We franchise call centres with a complete turnkey solution which includes lucrative products which new franchisees are able to sell from the day they open their doors. These products include a range of Cellular, Insurance, Bond Originating, Debt Recovery and Advertising products. We also assist with staffing and call centre management to ensure a smooth incubator period for franchisees. We offer the complete technology and call centre infrastructure as we understand the technology is a vital part of the success of the business.

The new franchisee is able to sell tried and tested products, ensuring that cash flow within the business is Fast-tracked. The Franchisor owns the contracts with the various service providers and thus holds the relationship with these service providers. (Please see Service Provider List below. Commissions from the various service providers are paid over to the Franchisor, who in turn, pays the Franchisee. All commissions payable to the Franchisee is subject to 10% retention by the Franchisor.

All products are first tested at Head Office for viability before it is given to the franchisees to sell. Product Selection is at the sole discretion of the Franchisor. In this way, we are able to guarantee the franchisee a selection of sellable products with sufficient financial viability and relatively short payment turnaround times.

In addition, we have a centralised Quality Assurance department who continually audit and assist with validating and verification of sales before submission to the various service providers to ensure that the quality of submitted remains high. We are governed by the FAIS Act as we have a unique umbrella Financial Services Provider Licence which is closely monitored by our compliance officers and the Ombudsman.

We are members of BPeSA (Business Processing enabling South Africa) Gauteng and are awaiting confirmation of our membership of FASA (Franchise Association of South Africa).
