The Franchisor operation is ably driven by Aden Lahoud who has a wealth of experience in broad based business. His particular strengths are in the fields of setting up business for the entrepreneur and seeing these opportunities bear fruit. He has been in businesses for more than twenty years, before entering the IT Industry, firstly in the VOIP field and more recently in the Call centre and Call centre franchising fields. His personal philosophy is “Do it now, Do it right.” His ability to maintain relationships and his dynamic business acumen provides a strong recipe for success. Complementing this pool of knowledge and competence is his relentless drive, visionary thinking and dedication that define his role in the success of the business. 

Our Research and Development Division is headed up by Cliff Simaan who strives tirelessly to ensure the smooth running of all the call centres within “our family”, and ensures that we are continuously at the forefront of the latest trends and technologies that will benefit us and our franchisees. His background is from the IT Sector, having studied and received his experience in the light current electronic industry. Being somewhat of a computer expert and ‘gadget man’, he has been invaluable in the development of the Management System which gives complete control to the Franchisee at all times. Cliff makes sure each and every sales product is viable and tested in our Head Office call centre, before it is made available to the franchisee.

Natasha Wong heads up our Marketing & Product Division. She is responsible for sourcing viable Products, Process Flow Design and Implementation and the overall group marketing function. Prior to joining NVSC, she gained vast experience as National Key Account Manager for one of the most profitable channels within the MTN Group, South Africa. Her strong negotiating skills have been instrumental in concluding successful agreements with various trade partners for MTN over a period of eight years. She has a passion for excellence, integrity and innovation which will be key in developing mutually beneficial relationships with trade partners. She currently holds an Executive position on the SMME Portfolio committee of Bpesa Gauteng. This key position enables her to keep her finger on the pulse of what’s happening in the local and international BPO sector which in turn enables i-Talk to be proactive in their business strategies.
